However, you will maximize results and feel your best by eating clean, so we recommend you try one out!
You are also welcome to follow your own meal plans if you like. As a guideline, Erin recommends you limit sugar, alcohol, starch, and sodium.
For this challenge she also recommends that you consume between 1500-1700 calories per day and include any starchy carbs after 4 pm.
