The challenge program is designed to use minimal equipment, and you’ll still feel the burn if you just use bodyweight!
However, the challenge workouts in the PRETTY MUSCLES app are designed with workouts that use:
- A big stabilizer ball
- Loop bands
- Resistance bands
- Slides (or socks if you have hardwood floors/ styrofoam plates on carpet)
Loop bands enclosed in a circle are used for lower body pulses. Make sure you have resistance bands that are open-ended with handles; they’re used for upper body exercises.
