I've Switched from Apple to Android (or Android to Apple) and Can't Log-In!
I subscribed on the App's Subscription Website (NOT within the App)
If you created a new account online, you can use your same username and password you registered with online to access the app on either your new Apple or Google device. If you have a previous subscription with Apple or Google, please make sure to cancel on the previous platform to ensure you aren't double charged. Learn more here
I Subscribed within the App (and NOT on the App's Subscription Website)
If you have switched from an iTunes Account to a Google Play Account or vice-versa, you will need to cancel your old subscription and start a new subscription. You can learn more how to cancel here. If you do not cancel your previous subscription, you will continue to be charged.
Please note that if you choose to use your same username and password you used on your first subscription, you’ll be able to restore your progress data.
