I am an Apple or Google Android User and Subscribed in-app (not online on the app's subscription website)
If you are an Apple or Google user signed up through the app, your payment information is all handled through your Apple iTunes Account or Google Play Account. Please update your credit card information there.
I Signed Up on the App's Subscription Website (and not from within the App)
In order to change your credit card billing details if you subscribed on the app's subscription website, you can access your account by following these steps:
- Login to the app and click on My Profile
- Select “Manage My Subscription”
- Web Browser will open where you can login to your account. Use the same username and password details to login
- Change Credit Card payment information here
